Road Trip.....

This past weekend the Princess and I took a little road trip. My cousin was a little over an hour away from my house so we loaded up and went to see her. My cousin has 4 kiddos ranging in age from 5-16!! They were here so her oldest could audition to play in a band in Branson this summer and when someone heard them they ask them to play for an "Opry" they hold on Saturday nights! Well, 3 of the 4 of her kids played along with her husband.  I have to say this family is musically inclined.  They play mainly bluegrass music.  I am not sure about the youngest son but most of them play way more than one instrument.   After our night at the "Opry" in this small rural town I have decided maybe Branson would be a fun place to go on vacation this year.  And to top that off, since my cousin will probably be spending alot of time there this summer I would get to spend time with her!!

My aunt and uncle were also in town so we had a nice visit with all of them. The little princess had so much fun with everyone and was great the whole time.  She slept all the way there and all the way home so she got in two really good naps!  The princess and I had no problems getting there or getting back home! We had a blast...how I wish my cousin and her family lived closer by!!

We met everyone at the hotel and then my uncle took us to lunch/early dinner! JB kept the princess entertained through the meal and the princess enjoyed her juice and puffs while we ate!

 After we ate we went back to the hotel so my cousins youngest two could swim before the show.

Here is my cousins youngest (JB),her oldest daughter (EL) and my uncle.  JB wanted to hold the Princess so bad so as you can see EL is "helping" her!!
