Way Too Long.....

It has been way too long since I have updated my blog...and to my blog followers I appologize. We have had so much going on you can not begin to imagine....so, I have a new goal to update my blog at least once a week....my goal is to update it at least each Thursday night or Friday morning since I am normally off on Fridays....that means I can stay up "late" on Thursday night and do fun things....this weekend has been a "catch up" weekend for me.....hopefully by tomorrow night I will be almost caught up with little things around my house that I have been needing to do....including grocery shopping!

Just an update on what has been going on to keep us so busy I could not blog....on August 12th, my sweet little Sadie and I were both walking out of the bedroom door and I obviously was not walking fast enough and she hit the back of my knee......knocked my knee cap out of place.....this is not the first time my knee cap has been out of place....this has happended to me at least since Jr. High School but this is the first time that it did not eventually go back in within a few minutes....before I had Kate I would tell people that the pain could not be any worse than labor pains....well, after having Kate I said the same thing.....this is the first time it has gone out of place in approximatley 9 years and the first time Hubby experienced it going out.....we had to call 911...they came to my house and I thought they would put in back in place and be done....wrong.....they told me that when additional help arrived they would put me on a strecher and take me to the ER for the doctor to put it back in place...I was begging them to please just put in back in place....it only takes a second if you know how to do it....well, as they were asking me several different questions (before they could administer any pain medicine to me) I told them that I could be pregnant.....one of the guys called the doctor on call and he said to put my knee back in place with him on the phone and then bring me in.....if there was a possiblity of me being pregnant they did not want to administer pain meds.....the knee has been an ongoing story.....eventually there will be surgery.....that is something I am not looking forward to but hoepfully it will fix my knee and I will not have to worry about it so much.....I could not even drive for either 2 or 3 weeks because of the brace I was wearing....now I wear a brace (most of the time:)) that I can drive in......

We found out in August that I was pregnant....we were both very excited, scared and nervous....after being through what we have been through there are lots of emotions.......my doctors were very pro active with my pregnancy as I am sure they will always be.....but because of my past they want to do everything to ease our minds....and hopefully so we will sleep a little around here:).......I went the week after finding out (we found out on a Friday or we most likely would have gone the same week) to have blood test.....the test all came back great! Then my doctor said we would do the first sonogram at 7 weeks....we went in and they thought the heart beat was a little slow......at that point I was at the doctor every other day for more sonograms and blood test....we found out on September 15th that we might be losing the baby and then we found out on September 17th that the baby was not going to make it......as most of you know, Kate's birthday is September 15th and the day she passed away was Septemeber 16th....so this was a very hard time for us anyway......then on September 23rd we lost the baby....(September 23rd is also the day that Kate's funeral was on).....kind of strange how everything happend around the same time.....we now have 2 precious little ones waiting on us in heaven.....how sweet it is to know that my children are already playing in Heaven everyday...we know where they will spend eternity and when our journey on this earth is done, and we reach our final destination, we to will spend eternity with our children and our Savior. I was off work for several weeks and then went back around October 1st and as all of you know that is 2 weeks before the last tax deadline....my busiest time of year....tax season has ended and now I am just trying to catch up.....so including in my "catch up" is the blog.....so, that is my life for the last few months in a nutshell......

Your life is crazy! Ok - Roxy's is the best place to have cheesecake in NYC. We stayed in the hotel next MTV studio's and walked everywhere we went. What a whirlwind.
