Today is the day that E was actually due on. She is such a precious little baby. I can't believe that she will be 1 month old on Monday!! Every Monday and other days to tears come to my eyes to think how quick the time is really going by. Today she is 3 weeks and 4 days old. Wow, how time is flying by. Today is also the 2 week mark that we have been home with her. It is amazing how long Hubby and I were running on adrenaline both in the hospital and after coming home. The past couple of days I think it has hit us both....and we are now exhausted. Now, I say we are exhausted but we do not mind at all. It is great actually....what we would have done to have known what this exhaustion was like with Kate. We do not mind the middle of the night feedings and diaper changes. We do not mind when she just wants to be held and that is the only way for her not to cry... she is on a pretty good schedule. She wakes up to eat, play and get her diaper changed about every 3 hours. She has her moments when she crys....we actually had one of those last night....but something about when her daddy gets her it makes it all better...she is such a daddy's girl already!!!
I will leave you with a picture of her from last night....I just thought this outfit was adorable...this is an outfit that my mom and sister sent to her....I just love the little pants...they sent another outfit with little pants that fit her to that I will be posting soon....I have so much to post about from the past 2 days....so hopefully I will do that after her noon feeding. We have had to actually leave the house the past 2 days so it has been quite busy and crazy around here....but quite a few pictures and lots to blog about.....
I also want to say Happy Birthday to Cooper...his 2nd birthday was yesterday and I am sure that Cooper had quite the birthday party in heaven. Cooper was born to one of my Early Angel friends too soon. Windy, I was thinking about you yesterday.
