9 Month Appointment/Bible Study/Sleep

The Princess 9 month appointment went great. She is really 9 1/2 months old now. She weighed 18.2 pounds so we are back in the 50th percentile. She had dropped below the 25th percentile in March so we had been going for weekly weight checks for a while and saw she was gaining weight. During that time I was making her avocado baby food because it is high in calories. She absolutely loved it while her dad and I do not like avocados...yuck!! It was an easy well visit today because there was NO SHOTS!!!

She did so good at the doctor and then we ran by the church to pick up the new Bible Study Books. The Bible Study group I am in just started a new study. It is a Beth Moore study (our group really likes Beth Moore studies). We are doing the "Loving Well" study. It can be used for a retreat or a 4 week study. Since we only meet every other week it will take us 8 weeks to complete the whole study and end the end of May. We normally take the summer off and start a study back around September. I just love our Bible Study Group. It is a great group of ladies. Some of us have been in this group since September 2006 so we have had a chance to really get to know each other.

I am so tired today. The Princess did not sleep very well last night. As you saw in my previous post she did not really go to bed until around 11:30, only to wake up a little after 12 and then about every 1 1/2 - 2 hours after that. Hopefully we can get a good nights sleep tonight. To top off her not sleeping well this past week - Hubby has been out of town but will be home this evening!!! So, I have been on my own for a week...I am tired!!!!

Well, it is time to start our evening routine and I really need to try and clean house a little.  Cleaning house is even harder now that the Princess is so mobile because you can't really take your eyes off of her.  She will still sit in her exersaucer some but when I leave the room she gets upset!
