A few weeks ago I had gone to Hubby's office for a birthday party for one of the ladies there and found out that we all had tickets to go see Wicked last night! They ask me if I would get a babysitter for the Princess because she could not go. I called my friend Gretchen to see if she could watch her for us and she could so we were able to go!
We dropped the Princess off at Gretchen's around 5:30 and we left there around 5:45. We made it to dinner with Hubby's co-workers in time (we thought we might be a little late for that) and then got to see the musical. It was great! I stayed awake the whole time:). Ok, the inside joke to that is anytime I am very still for any length of time these days I seem to fall asleep. I am guessing I will catch up on my sleep in about 18 - 20 years!!
Gretchen sent me a picture of the Princess while she was playing and a couple of text messages to let us know she was doing fine. She was asleep when we picked up her up and she even stayed asleep when we got home and Hubby put her down in her bed!!
It was a fun night! The picture above is the picture that Gretchen sent me during the night to show me the Princess was having a good time!!!
