Laundry, Laundry, Laundry.....

The title of this post is what I think I have been doing most of the day! I am so excited that I have ALMOST all the clothes washed. It is amazing just how much laundry the Princess has - and how many separate loads I do just for her.

No much going on here today. I have finally learned that I do not think I can clean my whole house in one day anymore. I just have to do it in sections and spend a few minutes when I can on each section. That is probably why it seems I have been washing clothes all day - because I can only work on it for so long and then the Princess is ready to play or eat.

I did try a new recipe tonight, Pecan Crusted Catfish. It was actually a Weight Watchers recipe from one of their magazines. It was ok, the next time I make it I will spice it up a little!!
